At Volt Byte, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

2. How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos (if the product is damaged/defective)

Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged products (by the customer)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
